In the world of software development, not every collaboration turns out to be a success story. Over my career, I have encountered a range of developers, and some of my experiences with them, particularly in Ukraine, have been far from ideal. In this post, I will share my insights into what made these collaborations challenging and what can be learned from them.
Common Issues Encountered
One of the major difficulties I faced while working with a few developers in Ukraine was a lack of effective communication.
